Postpartum Reset is a structured, 12-session therapy experience designed to help you:

  • Regulate your nervous system and reduce anxiety

  • Process birth, identity shifts, and emotional overwhelm

  • Build sustainable emotional and mental wellness routines

What we will do together in session:

Each phase of this experience is designed to gently move you from

survival → stabilization → reconnection.

Phase 1: Stabilize (Sessions 1–4)

  • Grounding + nervous system regulation

  • Understanding your emotional patterns

  • Creating safety in your body and mind

Phase 2: Process (Sessions 5–8)

  • Explore identity shifts, motherhood transitions, and emotional wounds

  • Begin deeper work (including somatic + parts-based approaches)

  • Address guilt, shame, and internalized expectations

Phase 3: Reconnect & Rebuild (Sessions 9–12)

  • Strengthen self-trust and emotional resilience

  • Reconnect with your needs, voice, and identity

  • Build sustainable self-care and coping practices

My Approach

As a therapist, I don’t believe in just “talking about it.”

  • Somatic (body-based) therapy

  • Parts work (inner child / protective parts)

  • Trauma-informed approaches (including EMDR-informed care)
