Trained in Narcissistic Abuse and experienced Domestic Violence counselor, I will support clients who are overcoming the emotional, mental and financial toll unhealthy, toxic and narcissistic abuse relationships have taken. Helping you to recover what was lost in the fire and restore in new and unimaginable ways.

Our Approach

We are committed to delivering high-quality, specialized therapeutic care tailored to your unique needs. We thoughtfully integrate a range of therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and somatic interventions.

This comprehensive approach allows us to effectively address complex trauma, while also providing support for depression, anxiety, and the many stressors that arise in finances, work, school, and personal relationships. Our goal is to create a safe, nurturing space for healing and growth, empowering you to lead a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Our Fees

Individual 50 minute session

$150/session

Our personalized one-on-one therapy approach ensures dedicated care tailored to your unique needs. In the first two sessions, we conduct a comprehensive assessment and collaboratively develop a treatment plan focused on your individual goals. This specialized attention helps guide your journey toward emotional well-being and personal growth.

Group 90-120 minute sessions

$35/group session

Group therapy provides a supportive space where individuals can connect with others facing similar challenges, fostering mutual understanding and growth. It can serve as an effective complement or alternative to individual therapy, offering shared experiences, diverse perspectives, and collective healing in a structured, therapeutic environment.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency ealthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
